Hello,
I have recently purchased Expression Encoder 4 SP2 and installed it on Windows Server 2008 in an attempt to encode content into VC-1 Smooth Streams. I am trying to integrate Transform Manager and Expression Encoder by using the "VC-1 Smooth Streaming" job template and watch folder however; every time I generate a task I get an error stating:
This task requires a license version of expression encoder
I have installed the Windows Desktop Experience and verified I am using Expression Encoder SP2 (version 4.0.4.4276.0). I have also gone to "about" and made sure to activate and am seeing that I have a valid copy and it displays the key I recently purchased.

Any advice on how to resolve this? Is there a configuration value I need to set? Is there a way for me to manually edit the registery and put in my user key?
