webmatrix 3 keeps crashing when opening site

Hi, been tremendous days trying out to resolve the issue, it was all in a sudden next time i re-open my sites Im receiving a dreaded error. 

I hope you guys has some solution been doing in circus for a days now fresh resinstall, redownload etc...this is absolute pain.
