I am trying to print a pdf to a virtual printer (PDF) from a web application. The application runs in a custom pool, and it uses a local user account (say, dummu_user) for authentication while sending a print request to the printer application. When dummy_user is logged into the server machine, the print happens perfectly, but when that user is not logged in, the web application simply shows an error message which says Print Error.
I suspect that there may be some configuration that I need to set to make this work, I just can't figure out what.
I am using Windows Server 2008 with IIS 7 installed on it.
