Need a good resource for publishing new sites for .net4 on iis7. Found some on msdn for publishing but it didn't have the tast required for iis. I'm not sure if the website shouldbe created there first to the binding and then publish. It sounded like you could publish and then create but that has had bad results.
Also need a good go to for ssl development. This server has ssl and I'm not sure if there should be some differences with the code and or publishing aspects besides binding to a different port.
