I'm having this same kind of issue on Windows 2008 Server R2 with IIS7.5 installed. I'm trying to download files over about 2k through an ASP application. I tried increasing Maximum Requesting Entity Body Limit to 200000 and Maximum Disk Cached Files to 200000 for ASP pages but it fails. What is the resolution to this? Please help!
