I installed IIS 7 on my Windows Server 2008 (32 bit) server. I also installed Classic ASP and PHP 5.2.5. It is all about the permissions for Classis ASP. PHP the answer is to verify the phpinfo() is correct and make sure to copy the libeay32.dll ssleay32.dll to the windows\system32 folder.
