simply need to rewrite allrequested URI

I need help setting up a rule that would simply take anything that comes in like:

https://Statements.website.com/PDF/20130415/123456789.PDF

and change it to 

https://Statements.website.com

so anything with a match on the first portion of this address (https://Statements.website.com) would be rewrittent to https://Statements.website.com
